Delete Data Stored on Your Device

EvoPlayer stores data locally on your device including login credentials (encrypted), viewing history, favorites, and app settings. You can delete all of this data at any time using either method:

• From the App: Go to Settings → Clear Cache & Data, then log out. This removes all locally stored data.
• From Device Settings: Navigate to your device's Settings → Apps → EvoPlayer → Clear Data, or uninstall the App entirely.

Delete Data Stored on Your Configured Server

EvoPlayer connects to a server that you configure using an activation code. Your server administrator may store device information (device ID, model, IP address) and usage data on their server.

To request deletion of this server-side data, please contact your server administrator directly. EvoPlayer does not operate or control these servers and cannot delete data stored on them.

What Happens After Deletion

• All local app data is permanently removed from your device
• You will need to re-enter your activation code and login credentials to use the App again
• DVR recordings stored on your device will be deleted
• Favorites, viewing history, and preferences will be reset
